The term “Product(s)” refer to all our online products, quick fix shop tools (charts, worksheets, workbooks, videos, audio recordings, agendas, calendars, outlines, etc.), online courses and services, programs and sessions. The term “you” or “your” refers to any user or purchaser of said website, Product(s).

These Terms govern and define how you are allowed to use and access Company’s website and Products. You are legally bound to these Terms whether or not you have read them.

All Product(s), logos, images, text, designs, graphics, page layout, icons, videos, audios, taglines are owned by IStudents Community LLC. and considered our Intellectual Property.

You agree not to reproduce, copy, reprint, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Intellectual Property of the Company without our permission in writing. You may not share any Product(s) with anyone else who has not yet purchased it/them or opted to receive it/them. You may not distribute the Product(s) as your own; reproduce and/or alter any part or whole of our Product(s) for distribution as your own work.  

You are free to access the Product(s) for your personal individual use, or use in teams as directed by the Company. You may download and print any purchased Product(s) and materials for your individual use only provided that you keep intact all copyright notices.

PRICES AND REFUNDS.
Prices for our Product(s) are subject to change without notice, at any time. All purchased Product(s) are non-refundable.

BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information for all purchases. You agree to update your paying information, including your email address and credit card information, if needed.
